Abby Green - VFX Production

Abby is a dynamic VFX production manager with a strong foundation in both on-set and vendor-side environments. She began her career in physical production on major studio features including Disenchanted (Disney) and Cocaine Bear (Universal), before moving vendor side at Windmill Lane, where she coordinated high-end VFX deliveries and bridged communication between artists, supervisors, and clients.

Joining Elephant Goldfish from day one, Abby is instrumental in shaping the studio’s production culture, demonstrating proactivity, leadership and agility as she helps the team to navigate projects across prep, production and delivery.

Known for her calm under pressure approach, meticulous organisation, and genuine care for both people and process, Abby brings a relaxed, professional energy and structure to every project she touches.
