Deborah Doherty - Managing Director / Executive Producer
Deborah has over 25 years of experience in the media and entertainment industry. Starting in audio production in London in the 2000s, she joined Windmill Lane in 2005 and oversaw significant growth and expansion in the company’s audio division, before taking on fuller management responsibilities across the studio.
As a leader, business developer, and executive producer, Deborah excels in fostering strong, collaborative relationships with clients.
She is highly active in the wider media and entertainment sector being a regular participant at creative and film festivals and events, actively promoting initiatives with industry organisations. Deborah has recently been appointed to the board of Women in Film and Television, Ireland.
